The dashboard is the first place that you reach when you log in. It contains most of the links and info you will need throughout your day in order to complete all of your tasks.

Notifications

The first place you should look after logging in is the Notifications section. In this section will be all of the un-read notifications that you’ve received. They are color-coded to go from least significant (White) to most significant (Red).

notifications

When you are finished with a notification, you must click the :heavy_check_mark: on the right side of the notification item. Once you click this check mark, the notification will be cleared from your list. You won’t be able to see the content of this notification after you mark it as read, so make sure to leave it un-read if you need it as a reminder to do something later.

:warning: Also, notifications will never be cleared automatically. So if the notification is that a job has not been completed, and the job is subsequently marked as completed, the notification will still be there. You must separately mark each notification as read to clear it from your list.

Today’s Jobs by Installer

For each day, the Admin dashboard will show you exactly what jobs are scheduled for today organized by each Installer. You can use this section of the dashboard to get an idea of where each installer is going and how many jobs they have scheduled.

New Jobs

The New Jobs section displays all of the brand new jobs that have been automatically ingested from Home Depot. These jobs will require you to look at them and then to mark them as PENDING. new jobs

Pending Jobs

Pending jobs are in a sort of limbo. They might be missing products or install work and so they are waiting for Home Depot to rectify the job. Or they might be ready except for the product has not arrived at the customer’s home. pending jobs

As soon as a job is ready to be scheduled, it should be moved from PENDING by clicking the SEND TO INSTALLER button in the job todolist button.

Completed Jobs

The jobs in this section have been marked as completed by the installer. They are now in a state where they are waiting to be key rec’d. completed jobs

You can key rec a completed job by Archive-ing it. Or if the job is not complete or has not been signed by the client, you can mark the job as on Hold. Jobs that are on Hold will not be key rec’d until they are subsequently Archived.
